Delivery and Returns

Your package includes an invoice. On this invoice you can fill in your details when you want to return an item. When you have completed the form and when the received parcel is not damaged and / or worn (also the label may not be removed), we will refund your money within 14 days. Attention! Some items cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons (jewelry, swimwear and lingerie). The shipping costs to return a product are at the consumer's expense. If you have received your shipment but there is something wrong with the order, please report this within 24 hours! Always keep your Track&Trace code until your return has been processed. The period of time between leaving the parcel of your home and receipt by SOPHIC is at your own risk.

What happens after you have returned your parcel?

Your parcel arrives with us.
We process all parcels within 7 working days.
You will receive an automatic email as soon as your return has been processed.
After that we have 14 days to refund your money. Is the money still not in your account after 14 days? Then please contact webshop@sophic-clothing.com
